How can I check my order status?

How long will it take to receive my order?

We utilize USPS & UPS as our primary shipping carriers. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.

Due to global supply chain challenges, holidays etc., shipping times could be longer than usual.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 in the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping. Currently, we ship to the following countries:

  • Duties and Taxes: To ensure a hassle-free delivery, all duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. This means you won't have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
  • Shipping Services: We use reliable shipping services like DHL and UPS, complete with tracking numbers, to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
  • Local Currency and Payment Methods: You can conveniently use your local currency and preferred payment methods to purchase our products.

What happens if I entered the wrong address during checkout or need to cancel my order?

Placed an order too soon? Reach out to our Care Team at care@addressoasis.com and we will take care of it. If the order hasn't been packaged yet, we're happy to cancel it for you. Once it's been packaged for shipment, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it.

If you've entered the wrong address during checkout, we are happy to update your order prior to shipment.

I haven't received my order, can you assist me?

Of course! If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please click here to use our order tracking concierge.

If it is later discovered that your package has been lost by the carrier, stolen, or damaged, simply click here to file a claim if you purchased our Route Package Protection at checkout.

With each order, we waive liability for lost and or stolen packages and will not be responsible for replacing items or orders. If your item arrives damaged, and you did not purchase Route, please contact us at care@addressoasis.com. 

Route Package Protection

What is Route Package Protection and how can it protect me?

Great question! Route is an insurance we offer at checkout for a small fee that we strongly advise you purchase. They are a third party company that handles lost, stolen, or damaged packages on our behalf. Because we know that dealing with shipping carriers can be a hassle, we let them handle it for you.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you purchased the insurance, you'll simply file a claim with them and they'll get you taken care of.

When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. 

Stolen & damaged packages have 15 business days from delivery to file a claim. After that time, Address Oasis and Route Insurance are unable to assist.  

Lost packages have up to 30 days from the last movement scan to file a claim. After that time, Address Oasis and Route Insurance are unable to assist.

How do I file a claim with Route?

Was your package lost, stolen, or damaged? We're so sorry to hear that as we know you were looking forward to your body care items.

If you purchased Route Insurance at checkout, you're covered! Simply click here to file a claim and they'll get you taken care of.

Are all Address Oasis products clean?

Yes, all of our products are clean, non-toxic, cruelty free, and free of endocrine disruptors.

Are Address Oasis products safe to use with eczema, acne, dermatitis, or other skin concerns?

Absolutely! Our products are safe for all skin types and the ingredients were chosen specifically because they're great for most skin concerns.

However, if you have concerns, we’d recommend conducting a patch test before use and reviewing the ingredient list provided on each product page.

Are all the products safe to use during pregnancy?

All of our products are safe to use during preganancy. They've been tested and thoroughly researched prior to public consumption.

If you are pregnant or nursing and have any concerns about cosmetic products or ingredients you should discuss these with your healthcare provider.

What is the difference between the Calm, Have, and Oasis Ritual?

The only difference between our rituals are the fragrances. All of the formulas are the same for each product. For example, all body washes share the same ingredients, they simply come in different scents.

Where are the products made & formulated?

All of our products are made and formulated in the United States, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Auto Replenish

How does the Address Oasis replenish service work?

Address Oasis' auto replenish service offers the most convenient way to get your products delivered to your door, on your schedule.

Simply choose your desired products and delivery frequency, and we'll ensure your products are automatically replenished according to your preferences — which can be adjusted at any time. Plus, subscribers get 10% off on all replenish orders.

Can I cancel my auto replenish subscription at any time?

Absolutely! Just as easy as it is to subscribe, you'll have a customer portal to manage your auto replenish and can cancel at any time.

Once you're in the program, you'll receive a link to your portal as well as a video walkthrough of how to navigate it. It even shows you where the cancel button is located.

Can I skip a delivery?

Won't be around for your delivery or not quite ready for a new shipment? We got you. Simply log into your portal and navigate to your upcoming orders and press skip. You can skip a delivery or select a new timeframe from the radio buttons and then click ‘Save.'

Can I change the items in my auto replenish?

Absolutely! Once you log in, you'll see all the products on your dashboard and you're free to add more.

Need to delete one of the items you've been receiving? No problem. You'll see all your current products front and center in your portal. Simply click the trash icon next to the item you no longer wish to receive.

How far in advance do I need to make adjustments to my auto replenish?

Changes to your auto replenish can be made up to 48-hours before the next scheduled shipment date.

Can I set up an auto replenish subscription as a gift?

Want to share the Address Oasis goodness with a loved one? Absolutely! You can set up an auto replenish that ships to the recipient, and you will be billed as each order is processed. You can cancel at your leisure.

Not happy with your Address Oasis products? We are so sorry to hear that.

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns/refund policy for general dissatisfaction, and all sales are final. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions.

If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email our team with your order number to care@addressoasis.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll get you taken care of ASAP.

What if my item arrives damaged?
