Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns/refund policy for general dissatisfaction, and all sales are final. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email our Care team with your order number to care@addressoasis.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll get you taken care of ASAP.
Refunds
If we deem that a refund is necessary, the item must be returned to us unused and as-new.
Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to be able to process your refund.
Once we receive your item, we'll notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus shipping costs. You'll then receive your money back within 10 working days.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Delivery Of Items
If your order is returned to us due to one of the following issues:
- Address incomplete or inaccessible
- Addressee has gone away
- Parcel not collected once left at shipping facility
Then you may either request for the item to be returned. This option will be subject to a $10.00 shipping and handling fee in the US. This covers the admin fee for managing this and the cost to re-ship.
Damaged Items
We believe in going the extra mile to make sure our packages are handled with care, so if your products ever arrive damaged or defective in any way—we’re on it! If you purchased our Route Package Protection (which we highly encourage), you will click here to file a claim. If you did not, please reach out to our Care Team at care@addressoasis.com as soon as possible (and a sincere apology).
