At Address Oasis, we put immense care into every product we create, and each order is handcrafted just for you. Because of the personal nature of our body care products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to general dissatisfaction or change of mind.
If you have questions before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help you choose the right product for your needs.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
We take packaging seriously and do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely. But if something’s not right—whether it’s damaged, defective, or missing—we’ve got you.

If you purchased our Route Package Protection (which we highly recommend), please file a claim here.

If you did not purchase Route, please email our Care Team at care@addressoasis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your request and get you taken care of.
Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine a refund is warranted, you may be asked to return the product unused and in its original condition. Please note:

A tracking number and proof of delivery are required for all returns.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the decision.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs & Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your package is returned to us due to:

An incomplete or incorrect address

The package being unclaimed or refused

Inaccessible delivery location
You may request to have it re-shipped for a $10 shipping and handling fee (US orders only).
International Orders
We currently ship to select countries outside of the U.S. Please note:

All international sales are final.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, refusal to pay import fees, or failure to collect from your local facility, you may request a reshipment for a $20 USD shipping and handling fee.
