Where do you ship?
Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping. Currently, we ship to the following countries:

When will my order ship?
As soon as possible! But these are the general guidelines:
- All orders are processed within 48-72 hours and are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with all the details, including your tracking number. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order once it ships. How much is shipping?
Orders above $100 ship for free 🎉! Anything under $100 ships based on your location.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We’re so sorry but we can only ship to one address per order at the moment. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses—like if you’re ordering for yourself and also gifting to a friend, which is so thoughtful!— we recommend creating separate orders for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Then, we’ll send you another email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also create an Address Oasis account and check your tracking info or click here to use our tracking tool. Still unable to find the information you need? Do you charge sales tax?
That depends on where you live. We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. If it’s required in your state, you’ll see it reflected in your cart at checkout.
How do I cancel my order?
Hit the order button too soon? No worries. (We’ve been there!) Reach out to our Care Team at care@addressoasis.com and we will take care of it. If the order hasn't been packaged yet, we're happy to cancel it for you. Once it's been packaged for shipment, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. Please be sure to enter all information accurately at checkout as Address Oasis is not responsible for any mistakes.
