Where We Ship
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Currently, we ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
At Address Oasis, we desire to make your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Here are some key details regarding our international shipping process:
- Duties and Taxes: To ensure a hassle-free delivery, all duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. This means you won't have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
- Shipping Services: We use reliable shipping services like DHL and UPS, complete with tracking numbers, to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
- Local Currency and Payment Methods: You can conveniently use your local currency and preferred payment methods to purchase our products.

Shipping Times & Processing
As soon as possible! But these are the general guidelines:
- All orders are processed within 48-72 hours and are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with all the details, including your tracking number. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order once it ships. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at care@addressoasis.com. We’re here to take care of you.
Shipping Costs
Orders above $100 ship for free 🎉! Anything under $100 ships based on your location.
Shipping Limitations
We’re so sorry but we can only ship to one address per order at the moment. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses—like if you’re ordering for yourself and also gifting to a friend, which we think is so thoughtful!— we recommend creating separate orders for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Then, we’ll send you another email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also create an Address Oasis account and check your tracking info or click here to use our tracking tool. Still unable to find the information you need? Say hi to our Care Team at care@addressoasis.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier—but we’re still here to help if something goes wrong.
If your package is delayed, please allow up to 48 hours after the expected delivery date for tracking to update. If there's still no movement after that, feel free to contact us at care@addressoasis.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
If you opted in to Route Package Protection at checkout (which we highly recommend), your order is fully covered against loss, theft, or damage. You can file a claim with Route here, and they’ll take great care of you.
If Route was not added to your order, we’ll do what we can to support you—but please note that Address Oasis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Sales Tax
That depends on where you live. We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. If it’s required in your state, you’ll see it reflected in your cart at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Hit the order button too soon? No worries. (We’ve been there!) Reach out to our Care Team at care@addressoasis.com and we will take care of it. If the order hasn't been packaged yet, we're happy to cancel it for you. Once it's been packaged for shipment, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. Please be sure to enter all information accurately at checkout as Address Oasis is not responsible for any mistakes.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it for a $10 shipping and handling fee.
